CHITRAL, May 23: MNA from Chitral, Maulana Abdul Akbar Chitrali, has said that no one can stop construction of Lowari tunnel, and those who are opposing this project are ‘the enemies of Chitralis’. Addressing a press conference, he said that the elements who had been opposing the tunnel were taking revenge of their defeat in the last general elections.
