ISLAMABAD, May 19: The Higher Education Commission (HEC), chairman, Prof Dr Attaur Rehman, will leave for Geneva on Saturday to deliver an inaugural lecture at the eight session of the United Nations Commission on Science and Technology for Development to be held in Geneva from May 21-27.
