JACOBABAD, May 10: The district coordination officer Jacobabad, Mr Shamsuddin Soomro, has said that Wapda chairman Tariq Hameed has assured upgradation of the grid station in the district. He said about 100 transformers would be installed in the district to reduce load-shedding.

He said the work would be completed by the end of June of this year as a committee of Wapda would assess the situation on May 12.

The DCO announced to dispose of katchi abadi plot at Rs200 per foot in the district.
