Story Time: The day I met Harry Potter

One Friday morning in school, I was in my secret hide out under the pool’s changing room. Suddenly, I heard a bang and the wall blasted to smithereens. Then I saw a boy land in my hide out. He was in a hot air balloon.

I was scared and shocked. Then I realised he looked familiar with a scar and glasses. He was even wearing a robe and was holding a wand. Then I realised he was my favourite character Harry Potter.

After exchanging greetings, he asked what I wanted the most. I told him that I would love to see Hogwarts school. So he asked me to join him in the hot air balloon. I was super-excited.

It took us one hour to reach there. During this time, I asked various things regarding the wizarding world of Hogwarts and Harry told me about them enthusiastically. We went through the clouds higher and higher.

When we reached the school, I felt like I was in a dream.

Harry Potter took me around the school. It was enormous and wonderful, so different from my school, of course. The dormitory beds were like hospital beds as they were all white. He taught me how to play quidditch, but I kept falling off the broomstick. Then I became better at it.

Harry made me meet Dumbledore, Hermione, Ron and the rest. We had food which I had never seen in my life, like chocolate frogs, all flavoured beans and many more delicious treats. Harry Potter showed me the currency of wizards and witches. He even taught me some spells. I was having so much fun that I did not realise how late it was.

But when I saw the sun setting, I knew it was time for me to leave and it made me sad. Harry Potter gave me a wand to remember him forever. Then I happily went home.

I told my parents about my adventure, but they did not believe me. Then I showed them my wand and they finally believed me and gasped with amazement.
