SAHIWAL, May 7: Two dacoits slaughtered a farmer on resistance at Chak 100/9L here on Saturday morning. Reports said the gangsters entered the house of Liaquat and started looting valuables. Meanwhile, the farmer woke up and offered resistance. The dacoits slaughtered him and managed their escape.

Dera Rahim police have registered a case under Section 302 of the PPC.
