Pakistan rebuts Indian claim

ISLAMABAD, Jan 6: Inter Services Public Relation (ISPR) on Sunday refuted the Indian army’s claim of shooting down a Pakistani spy plane ‘DROWE’ (a small remote controlled aeroplane) in the Poonch sector along the Line of Control.

Terming the claim totally concocted and baseless, an ISPR spokesman said all war machinery and equipment held by Pakistani troops were safe.

According to confirmed reports, he said, the Indian army had lost a remote controlled plane in the Jammu sector on January 5 while another Mig-25 aircraft of India had crashed at Adampur on Friday.
