GILGIT, Aug 25: The health department has arranged surgical facilities for the injured people of Giyal blast that left 47 people dead and injured 80 on Aug 2 in the Diamer district, a senior health official said.

He said that a UK-based NGO, Islamic Relief, had donated a dozen steel rods to replace the fractured bones and limbs of the injured people.
