LARKANA, Aug 18: Entry test forms for admission to MBBS first year (2003-2004) for candidates hailing from Larkana, Sukkur, Dadu, Jacobabad, Ghotki, Khairpur and Shikarpur were available at the Muslim Commercial Bank, Lahori Mohalla branch, stated Prof Noor Ahmed Channa on Monday.

The principal said the last date for submitting completed forms had been fixed as Aug 30 and no form would be accepted after that, while the last date for submitting forms by post addressed to the principal, CMC, Larkana, was fixed as Aug 27.
