CHITRAL, Aug 8: Only two bodies could be taken out of the Garam Chashma River on Thursday despite a non-stop 24-hour search for the victims of a jeep accident which left 15 people dead and five injured.

At least 15 people drowned and five people were injured when a Arkari Valley-bound jeep plunged into a the river at Momi, Garam Chashma, 45 kilometres from Chitral City.

In all, 20 people were travelling in the vehicle but five jumped out of the vehicle but sustained serious injuries. They were admitted to DHQ hospital.
