24 judges transferred

LAHORE, Aug 4: The chief justice of the Lahore High Court on Monday transferred 24 civil judges-cum-judicial magistrates.

Those transferred were; Ishfaq Ahmad from Sohawa to Daska, Javed Iqbal Warriach from Daska to Jhelum, Muhammad Saeed Rafique from Sialkot to Gojra, Haji Ahmad from Gojra to Sialkot, Muhammad Aslam from Daska to Faisalabad, Akramul Haq Chaudhry from Faisalabad to Daska, Ahmad Iqbal from Sammundari to Sohawa, Muhammad Ramzan from Faisalabad to Yazman, Aaqib Nazir from Faisalabad to Ferozewala, Iftikhar Husain from Chiniot to Sheikhupura, Miss Tamsaal Zaib Manzoor from Lahore to Sheikhupura, Haider Ali Khan from Burewala to Mianchannu, Haris Ali from Multan to Kabirwala, Chaudhry Umar Hayat from Isakhel to Chunian, Shabbir Husain from Chunian to Isakhel, Syed Azhar Ali Bokhari from Ahmadpur East to Sialkot, Muhammad Akbar Chaudhry from Phalia to Khanewal, Mrs Saima Zahoor from Rawalpindi to Rahim Yar Khan, Miss Ghazala Yasmin from Lahore to Rawalpindi, Miss Asma Tehseen from Lahore to Faisalabad, Muhammad Naeem, civil judge first class from Sialkot to Ahmadpur East, Faheem Shahid Saleemi from Khanewal to Phalia, Fayyaz Ahmad Buttar from Pattoki to Sialkot and Imran Khurshid from Sialkot to Pattoki.

AD&SJ: Meanwhile, the chief justice transferred the following four additional district and sessions judges:

Muhammad Salim Khan from Chiniot to Jhelum, Javed Mahmood Sandhu from Multan to Talagang, Miss Uzma Chughtai from Lahore to Chakwal, Habibur Rehman from Kabirwala to Islamabad and Sadaqat Ullah Khan from Lahore to Kabirwala.—APP
