PESHAWAR, July 29: An accountability appellate bench of the Peshawar High Court on Tuesday acquitted former provincial minister Habibur Rehman Tanoli, setting aside his conviction by an accountability court.

Accepting an appeal of Mr Tanoli, the bench observed that the prosecution could not prove its case against the appellant.—Bureau
