LAHORE, Dec 26: District Labour Officer Javed Gill has said the industrialists refusing to submit declaration forms provided to them under the new industrial policy are violating the law.

Speaking at a three-day workers training workshop organized by the Pakistan Institute of Labour Education and Research here on Friday, the DLO said efforts were being made to get the declaration forms filled by the industrialists. District Council (labour) member Mohammad Akbar said the IRO, 2002, had deprived the workers of their rights and debarred courts from giving them relief in the event of dismissal from service.—Reporter
