Pakistan gets two WBC posts

KARACHI: Pakistan were elected unopposed on two posts of the executive committee of the World Blind Cricket (WBC), according to Pakistan Blind Cricket Council (PBCC) media release.The 19th Annual General Meeting of the WBC was held in New Delhi on Monday with outgoing WBC president Syed Sultan Shah, who also the PBCC chairman, in the chair.

G.K. Mahantesh of India was elected as president of WBC for the next two years.

Mohammad Bilal Satti was elected as first vice-president and Maher Yousaf Haroon as director technical.

Raymond Moxly of Australia was elected as secretary general of the WBCm while Pawan Ghimre of Nepal was picked as the second vice-president, India’s David John as director finance and Armand Bam of South Africa as director global development.
