3 die as boat capsizes

NOWSHERA, Dec 17: Three fishermen, including two brothers, died on Wednesday when a boat capsized at the confluence of the Sindh and Kabul rivers near Captain Iqbal Shaheed Bridge.

The victims were fishing when the boat hit a rock and broke into two pieces. Three other people on the boat survived.

Muntazir Khan, his brother Wasil Khan and Raheem Khan, residents of  Tarlandi village, died in the accident.—Correspondent
