MINGORA, Dec 12: The Swat Traders Federation will observe a one-day strike on Sunday against what they called the deteriorating law and order situation in the district. STF chief Abdur Rahim said the police had failed to control crimes and alleged that shops were looted during Ramazan.—Correspondent
