ISLAMABAD, Dec 4: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL), since November 2003 has provided nationwide direct dialling (NWD) facility to eight new cities and towns of the country, said a press release.

The total number of cities and towns connected with NWD facility has crossed the 2000 mark.

The towns of the Punjab province connected with the NWD facility include, Kahan Singh, code 0443, Adilpur Bajwa, code 04342, Chak Kala, code 0433, Jandoki, code 0438, Mande ke Berian, code 04342, Mianwala Bungalow, code 0691, Thinki, code 0698. Dogar in NWFP has also been provided the NWD facility and the code is 0926.—A Reporter
