ISLAMABAD, Dec 3: Advocate Irfan Qadir was appointed as new Prosecutor-General of Accountability, here on Wednesday. The post fell vacant after the resignation of Navid Rasool Mirza about six months ago.

Advocate Irfan Qadir, a former Additional Advocate-General, is a Supreme Court advocate.

He would be fourth PGA, after Advocate Farooq Adam, Raja Bashir, and Navid Rasool Mirza.
