KARACHI, Dec 2: The noted historian Dr Mubarak Ali has been awarded the Ramkrishna Jaidayal Harmony Award, said a press release of the Irtiqa Institute of Social Sciences.
The award ceremony would be held in Delhi, wherein the Dalai Lama would be the chief guest, added the press release.
