KARACHI, Dec 1: The Gulrang cultural cafe will open at the Arts Council on Dec 20, says a press release.

It adds that though the cafe had been constructed about a year ago, its inauguration was delayed for some reasons. Members of the Arts Council will get a discount at the cafe.
