LAHORE, Nov 20: The commerce secretary has directed the DTO to proceed to Karachi on Friday and seek explanation from Aptma chairman for keeping the association’s office closed for two days.

Sources say the DTO is scheduled to meet Aptma chairman Waqar Monnoo at 11 a.m. at the Aptma’s central office.
