RAWALPINDI, Nov 18: A court awarded two-year rigorous imprisonment to a drug-trafficker here on Tuesday.

The additional district and sessions judge, Abdul Qayyum, also imposed Rs5,000 fine on the convict, Sayyed Akbar. In case he fails to pay the fine, the convict will have to undergo another two-month jail-term. The Westridge police had arrested the convict and recovered 1.5kg charas from his possession.
