KUWAIT CITY, Nov 15: Terrorism was mistakenly linked to Islam amidst growing violence in the world today, and terrorists who carry out such operations act outside religious boundaries, said Dr Khaldoun Al Naquib a renowned sociology professor at Kuwait University.
Speaking at a seminar on “Islamic Terrorism — Illusion and Reality” Al Naquib said terrorism was mainly linked to varying types of violence including political and sectarian tumult which developed into terrorist outfits when there was absence of dialogue between the parties.
