CHAKOTHI SECTOR (LoC), Nov 13: India with Israeli made Remote Piloted Vehicles has violated Pakistani airspace 272 times in the Chakothi sector since January last year.

This was told to ambassadors, high commissioners and diplomats based in Islamabad from Argentine, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, China, Czech Republic, Greece (Hellenic Republic), Iran, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Malaysia, Mauritius, Netherlands, Palestine, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Britain, Italy and Finland, in a briefing during their visit to the Line of Control on Thursday.

The General Officer Commanding of Chakothi sector, Maj-Gen Wasim Ashraf and Brigade Commander Brig Iftikhar briefed the dignitaries on the situation in their area of operation. They said during the current month three violations had been noted so far.
