GILGIT, Nov 13: Two labourers died when a water tank collapsed and its water swept them out to Astore River near Harcho village, some 100 kilometres off Gilgit, police sources said.

They were identified as Kifayat, son of Sher, and Muhammad, son of Issa, both residents of Astore.

Their bodies could not be fished out from the river despite hectic efforts.
