ISLAMABAD, Nov 8: The two-day final trials to select Pakistan football team for the next year’s SAF Games will be conducted at Lahore next month.
The final trials, to be held Dec 7-8, will follow the preliminary trials at five different centres.
The selection committee of Pakistan Football Federation (PFF), headed by Younus Changezi, conducted the preliminary trials at Hyderabad on Saturday after a similar exercise at Sukkur on Friday.
It will now hold these trials at Quetta (Nov 14-15), Peshawar (Dec 1-2) and Lahore (Dec 3-5), capping it all with final trials at Lahore on Dec 7-8.
The March 29-April 7 SAF Games football competition will comprise players under 23 years of age.—APP
