Trade team to leave for India on 11th

KARACHI, Nov 8: A 70-member trade delegation representing wide-range of industries is scheduled to leave for India via Lahore on November 11 to participate in 7-day international trade fair in Delhi.

The delegation will include women entrepreneurs as well, Chairman FPCCI Standing Committee on Fairs and Exhibitions, Muhammad Amin Cheatry told APP on Saturday.

He said Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) has arranged a special bus to transport the business representatives through Wagha route.

Export Promotion Bureau (EPB), meanwhile, has sponsored the event, he said.

Amin said Pakistan would set up 37 stalls in this mega fair, which would prove a great opportunity to introduce our highly valued products in international markets.

The delegation would include people from marble industry, ceramics, cutlery, leather, leather products, textile items, that is, garments, boutiques, handicrafts, soap, dry fruits and furniture from various towns and cities of the country.—APP
