DADU, Nov 7: The Hesco superintending engineer issued the compulsory retirement order of line superintendent Nazir Ahmed Panhwar on Friday on charges of increasing line losses in Dadu sub-division.

Mr Panhwar is the zonal vice-chairman of the Wapda Central Hydro- Electric Labour Union, Dadu.
