HYDERABAD, Nov 5: The Hyderabad Development Authority notified on Tuesday that it had not approved Gulshan-i-Imtiaz housing scheme.
An HDA spokesman said that the Super Estate Agency was engaged in the sale of plots in Deh Gujju in the name of Gulshan-i-Imtiaz but the transaction in this regard were a violation of the Building Control Ordinance 1979/1982.
The spokesman cautioned the people to contact the planning and development control department, HDA, before any sale or purchase of plots in the scheme or any other scheme.
HOSPITAL: Latifabad Taluka Nazim Abdul Jabbar Khan on Tuesday expressed concern over proposed shifting of the Wapda Hospital, Latifabad-9, to outside the city.
In a statement, he appealed to Hesco chief to stop the shifting and said that Wapda should establish another hospital outside the city if necessary.
Meanwhile, Latifabad taluka municipal administration warned the squatters to voluntarily remove encroachments, failing which legal action would be taken against them.
Taluka municipal officer Abdul Majeed Rajput also urged the tax payers of the taluka to immediately clear their dues.
