HYDERABAD, Oct 30: The Jamshoro police have detained a second year student, Arshad Khan, University of Sindh, following a scuffle between two groups of students.

The police said the scuffle had taken place some days back between the group of Arshad Khan, Yasir, Hameed and Jibran and the group of Ashfaq, Shiraz and Bahadur, Allah Bux Gabool and Imran Sakhirani over teasing girls. The police said the issue would be resolved through negotiations.
