Five die in tribal clash

PESHAWAR, Oct 29: Five persons were killed and four others injured in a clash between Burki and Masood tribes in valley Kani Guram of South Waziristan on Wednesday.

The fighting between the two tribes Masood and Burki was started at around 4pm in the historical Kani Guram valley of South Waziristan, over a piece of land, a report said.

The report said that a youngster of Masood tribe tried to stop Master Shah Alam’s sons from crossing in between a way but they refused. This led to the clash in which four members of Burki tribe and one Masood tribesman were killed.—APP
