KHAIRPUR, Oct 25: A raid commissioner appointed by the district and sessions judge paid a surprise visit to the Gambat police station on Friday evening and recovered an illegal detainee.

The detainee recovered was identified as Illahi Bux Narejo.

The raid commissioner also recovered a motorbike of the detainee from the police station.

The wife of the detainee had filed a petition before the judge.

HEPATITIS: Qadir Bux Tamrani died of hepatitis on Friday in Kumb and two children died of small pox in the Moharram Shanbhani village.
