WASHINGTON, Oct 25: Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Shahid Karimullah arrived here on Friday on a brief official visit.

He will be the keynote speaker at a four-day (Oct 26-29) seminar at the US Naval War College, NewPort Rhode Island, held on the “International Sea Power System”.
