RAWALPINDI, Oct 25: Dialogue between Pakistan and India on the issue of Kashmir is a must to avert war and ensure peace in the subcontinent.

In a statement here on Saturday, central vice president PML-Q and chairman of its media committee Syed Kabir Wasti deplored Indian refusal to begin talks on the issue.

Referring to the Indian proposals for starting bus service between Srinagar and Muzaffarabad and its reiteration of cross- border terrorism against Pakistan, he said dialogue is a must even to discuss such proposals and charges. He said international laws, United Nations and almost all the world forums recognised Kashmir as disputed territory.
