NOWSHERA, Oct 22: The town council employees continued their hunger strike for the fourth day in protest against the non-payment of their salaries for the last three months.

Pukhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party chief MNA Mehmood Khan Achakzai visited the camp and expressed solidarity with the employees.

Speaking at a public meeting, he said time had come for the employees and the public to launch a movement for their rights.—Correspondent
