GILGIT, Oct 18: Internet users in Gilgit have accused Comsats of providing poor services.

They said Comsats, the leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) in the region, was not entertaining any complaint about frequent disconnections and excessive billing.

They said Internet service in Gilgit was the most expensive in the country, costing users Rs60 per hour coupled with slow browsing due to narrow bandwidth.

They said owing to frequent disconnections people were made to pay for additional phone charges.—Correspondent
