LAHORE: The Punjab Revenue Authority has formally launched the Restaurant Invoice Monitoring System (RIMS) at Bistro 201, a restaurant located on the Upper Mall.

RIMS is a web-based monitoring tool which will enable real time capturing and monitoring of invoices issued by the restaurants to ensure proper declaration of sales tax on services.

The web-based application has been prepared by the Punjab Revenue Authority with the collaboration of PITB, says a handout.
