LAHORE, Oct 11: Of 15 meat shops checked by City District Government veterinary officers in Aziz Bhatti Town on Saturday, eight were found selling unstamped meat. Fines totalling Rs6,500 were imposed on the butchers for slaughtering animals outside the CDG slaughterhouse. Shops were checked in Bhangali Town, Dogage Town and Jaura Pull markets.
