KHAIRPUR, Oct 7: A division bench of the Sindh High Court, Sukkur, has restrained Sindh Election Commissioner from holding election of Khairpur District Naib Nazim till Oct 28.

The bench passed the order on a constitutional petition filed by Syed Ali Murad Shah, Syed Raja Shah, Ghulam Shabbir, Irshad Ali, Rasheed Ahmad and others.

The election for the seat of the district Naib Nazim was scheduled to be held on Oct 20.
