ABBOTTABAD, Oct 7: The special anti-corruption court, established on Aug 29, is yet to start functioning as no case has been shifted from Peshawar, sources complained here on Tuesday.

Sources said that more than 120 cases of corruption and embezzlement in government departments from Hazara division are pending before the Peshawar-based special anti-corruption court. The NWFP government has already designated a special anti-corruption judge at Abbottabad but without the cases.
