LAHORE, Oct 5: Quran khwani for the departed soul of Nawabzada Nasrullah Khan, who expired on Sept 27 last, was held at his Nicholson Road residence here on Sunday.

Political leaders and workers representing the Alliance for the Restoration of Democracy attended the Quran khwani.

Prominent amongst those who were present on the occasion were Pakistan Awami Tehrik chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri, PPP leaders Jehangir Badr and Mian Misbahur Rehman, PML-N MNA Khwaja Saad Rafiq and JUP’s Engineer Salimullah. Maulana Abdul Qayyum of Jamia Siddiquia, Gulshan-i-Ravi led dua.—APP
