Reham vows to work for street children

LAHORE: Reham Khan, wife of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, has vowed to work for the betterment of street children.

Reham Khan, who was made ambassador for street children by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government last month, was addressing a ceremony for the street children here on Saturday.

“We all will be responsible if a single child on street is away from home and school. Children are future of the country. It is our responsibility to give them better conditions to live and deliver,” Ms Khan said.

She further said: “It is our duty to work for the rights of the children.”

She also visited the house of the six siblings in Shadbagh who lost their lives in a fire incident and condoled with their parents.
