PESHAWAR, Oct 2: The additional district and sessions court on Thursday sentenced four persons to life imprisonment and fined them Rs50,000 each in a robbery case and awarded their fifth companion a 10-year jail term with Rs50,000 fine.

The judge observed that the prosecution had proved its case against Sher Abbas, Khadim Hussain, Rifaqat Khan, Saleem Khan and Fazal Raheem.—Bureau
