17 Indian fishermen held

KARACHI: Seventeen Indian fishermen were detained on Thursday on charges of illegal fishing in the territorial waters of Pakistan, according to police.

They said the Maritime Security Agency detained the fishermen and seized their three boats. Handed over to the Docks police, the fishermen were likely to be produced in a court on Friday (today), said Docks SHO Zawar Hussain.
