SHIKARPUR, Dec 22: The general secretary, Amnesty International, Pakistan, Iqbal Detho, welcomed the remission in capital punishment and commutation in life imprisonment of the prisoners particularly for more than a hundred juvenile.

He demanded the establishment of juvenile courts in all the districts following the decision of the Supreme Court.
