DADU, Sept 24: A large number of students of the Government Degree College for Boys, Dadu, held a demonstration in front of the main gate of the college on Wednesday to protest against the embezzlement of scholarship money.

They were led by the district president, Jeay Sindh Students Federation, M. Rajab Shahani.

Speaking to the demonstrators, he said that following suspension of the DDO, the powers of the principal of the college were handed over to the district officer, education, A. Bux Unnar, as a result of which the students were deprived of scholarship money.

He alleged that Mr Unnar had embezzled the scholarship money by misusing his powers.
