PESHAWAR, Sept 18: The food inspectors raided fast food restaurants and confectionery shops here and filed cases against these for selling eateries in unhygienic conditions.

According to a handout issued here on Thursday, a food inspectors’ team raided the shops on the University Road on Wednesday night and found their kitchens unhygienic.

The inspectors filed cases against Chief Burger, Sheerin Mahal, Sweet House and Paradise Bakery under the Food Act.
