India releases fishermen

LAHORE: The Indian government on Thursday released 17 Pakistani fishermen and three other prisoners lodged in Indian jails.

The Indian Border Security Force (BSF) handed over the prisoners to the Pakistan Rangers at Wahga border, Rangers sources said.

The fishermen belonging to Sindh later left for their homes.
