PESHAWAR, Sept 14: The Peshawar University Teachers Association has rejected the Model University Ordinance (MUO), says a press release.

A meeting of the association held here on Saturday, expressed its concern over government’s decision to implement the MUO on Nov 1, and said it would resist its implementation in the present form.

The meeting demanded PhD allowance for arts teachers without any condition and expressed concern over the non-recovery of cars stolen from the campus. — Correspondent
