CHITTAGONG, Sept 2: The average price of Bangladesh teas fell on lower overseas demand at the weekly auction on Tuesday, brokers said.

“Some 1.05 million kg were sold at an average price of 65.71 taka per kg, down 1.64 taka from the last sale. The withdrawal percentage was 41.20,” a market report by National Brokers Limited (NBL) said.—Reuters
