MARDAN, July 22: Doctors and paramedics of Mardan have given a 72-hour deadline to the government for the recovery of their kidnapped colleague, Dr Masoodul Haq, failing which they start a protest  movement across the province.

Pakistan Medical Association (PMA), Mardan chapter  and paramedics would join hands to force the tribal administration of Khyber Agency and the government for the early and unconditional recovery of Dr Masood.

Dr Masood was kidnapped for ransom in Bara on Sunday.
